Quick Start

Welcome to PromptCrate AI 👋

Your personal library for storing, organizing, and reusing AI prompts. Here's a quick tour to get you up and running in a few minutes.

1. Create Your First Category

Categories keep your prompts organized. Start with broad buckets like "Marketing", "Coding", or "Writing" — you can always add more later.

2. Add Your First Prompt

Open a category and click "New Prompt". Paste your prompt text, and AI will auto-generate a concise summary so you can find it later at a glance.

3. Tag & Favorite

Star the prompts you reach for most, and use tags to cross-reference prompts across categories. Favorites get their own quick-access page.

4. Bulk Manage & Export

Use the Bulk Actions Hub to move or delete many prompts at once, and export your full library to CSV or JSON anytime for backup.

Pro tip: Press ⌘K on the dashboard to instantly search across all your prompts and categories.
